CONSULTATION SERVICES: Terms of Service for Booking, Cancellation & Consultation Policy
By purchasing a consultation and booking a session, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
- Time Zone & Scheduling Responsibility
- Time Zone Specifications: All calendar invitations and Zoom links explicitly state the appointment time in my local time zone (CET/CEST – Central European Time).
- Client’s Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to accurately convert, track, and attend the session according to their own local time zone. Missing a session due to a time zone miscalculation is treated as a No-Show.
- Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Cancellation Window: You may reschedule or cancel your session for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the Zoom meeting within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time, will result in a 100% forfeiture of the fee. No refunds or free rescheduling will be provided.
- Client Lateness: If you arrive late to the Zoom session, the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time. The lost time will not be extended or compensated.
- Technical Requirements & Connectivity Issues
- Client’s Technical Equipment: The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a functioning camera prior to the meeting.
- Technical Failure: If the session cannot take place or is interrupted due to technical issues on the client’s side (e.g., poor internet, device failure), the session will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
- Provider’s Technical Failure: In the rare event of a technical failure or emergency on my side, you will be notified immediately, and the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or a full refund will be issued.
- Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy
- No Refunds After Delivery: Once the Zoom consultation has taken place or the written analysis report has been sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Subjective Nature of the Service: Face analysis is a personalized, professional service based on expertise. Dissatisfaction with the findings, results, or advice provided does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Expiration of Bookings
- Validity Period: All purchased sessions or analysis packages must be scheduled and utilized within 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Forfeiture: If the client fails to book or attend their session within this 90-day window, the booking expires, and the fee is 100% non-refundable.
- Code of Conduct & Right to Terminate
- Professional Environment: I maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients, and expect the same in return.
- Immediate Termination: I reserve the right to immediately terminate a live Zoom session if the client exhibits abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, the session will be considered fully delivered, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
- Intellectual Property & Privacy
- Recording Policy: Recording the live Zoom consultation (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without my explicit, written consent.
- Data Privacy: Any personal data, information, or photographs submitted for the purpose of the analysis will be kept 100% confidential. They will be used strictly for the service provided and will never be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
- Digital Goods & Services / PayPal Agreement
- By completing your payment via PayPal, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a time-specific, non-tangible digital service.
- The service is legally considered delivered and fully executed at the official start time of the scheduled Zoom meeting, provided the host is present in the meeting room, regardless of whether the client attends.
EDUCATION SERVICES: Terms of Service for Educational Program & Course Agreement
By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in this educational program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”), you (hereinafter referred to as the “Student”) enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Program Delivery & Provision of Access
- Live Sessions & Recordings: All live lectures and workshops are conducted online via Zoom. In the event a Student cannot attend a live session, all lectures are recorded and will be uploaded to a designated Google Drive folder within 24 hours after the live session ends.
- Course Materials: Digital scripts, workbooks, worksheets, and presentation materials will be shared via Google Drive alongside the video recordings.
- On-Demand / Recorded Programs: For programs consisting of pre-recorded lectures and materials, access is granted via Google Drive or an online platform. The service is legally and contractually considered 100% delivered the moment the Provider grants access to the Student (i.e., when the access email or link is sent by the Provider). Whether the Student chooses to open the email, click the link, access the folder, or watch the recordings is entirely their own responsibility and has no bearing on the fulfillment of the service.
- Payment Terms & Installment Plans
- Full Payment: If the Student chooses to pay the full tuition upfront via PayPal, access to the Program is granted immediately upon successful transaction.
- Installment Plans (Payment in Rates): If an installment plan is selected, the Student agrees to a strict recurring payment schedule. All installments must be paid on or before their respective due dates.
- Failed or Delayed Installments: If an installment payment fails or is delayed by more than 48 hours, the Student’s access to live Zoom sessions, community groups, and the Google Drive folder will be instantly suspended without prior notice. Access will only be restored once the outstanding balance is settled.
- Program Withdrawal, Dropouts & Refund Policy
- Before the Program Starts: The Student may withdraw from the Program up to 7 days before the official start date to receive a full (100%) refund of the tuition paid, minus any PayPal transaction fees.
- Withdrawal/Cancellation Mid-Program: The Student has the right to withdraw from the Program at any point during its duration; however, no refunds will be issued for the portion of the Program that has already taken place or been delivered.
- Pro-Rated Calculations for Installments: If a Student on an installment plan decides to drop out mid-program, they remain contractually obligated to pay for all the modules, weeks, or lectures that have already been conducted or provided up to the date of their official written withdrawal notice. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be granted for any past sessions.
- On-Demand No-Refund Policy: For all pre-recorded/on-demand programs, courses, or digital materials, no refunds are available under any circumstances once access has been granted/sent by the Provider, as the digital product is delivered instantly.
- Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
- Ownership of Materials: All educational materials, including but not limited to lecture videos, audio recordings, scripts, worksheets, presentations, frameworks, and methodologies shared via Google Drive, Zoom, or any other platform, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
- Limited Personal License: Enrolling in the Program grants the Student a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for their personal educational use only.
- Strict Prohibitions: The Student is strictly forbidden from downloading and sharing, selling, distributing, copying, publicly displaying, or repurposing any part of the Program materials. Sharing Google Drive access links or Zoom credentials with third parties will result in immediate expulsion from the Program without a refund, and the Provider reserves the right to pursue full legal action for copyright infringement.
- Prohibition of Recording: Recording live Zoom sessions (video or audio) using personal devices, software, or AI note-takers by the Student is strictly prohibited.
- Technical Requirements & Student Responsibility
- Technical Readiness: The Student is solely responsible for securing a stable internet connection, a functioning computer/device, and access to Zoom and Google Drive. Technical difficulties on the Student’s end do not entitle the Student to refunds or extensions.
- Missed Live Sessions: Because all sessions are recorded and provided within 24 hours, missing a live Zoom class does not constitute a failure of service delivery by the Provider.
- Code of Conduct & Right to Terminate
- Professional Environment: I maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all Students. I reserve the right to immediately remove any Student from live sessions or the entire Program if they exhibit abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards me or other students. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
- Application of Methods & Disclaimer
- Personal Responsibility: This Program is strictly educational. The Provider teaches specific methods, techniques, and concepts. The practical application, execution, and practice of these methods are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Student.
- No Professional Liability: The Provider shall not be held liable or responsible for any outcomes, consequences, injuries, reactions, or lack of results resulting from the Student’s practice or execution of the methods taught in the Program. The Student assumes all risks associated with how they choose to implement the knowledge provided.
- Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees of Results: The Provider offers tools and knowledge, but does not guarantee specific career, financial, or personal results. The Student’s success depends entirely on their individual effort, skill, and implementation.
- Digital Goods Agreement & PayPal Dispute Policy
- By completing the payment via PayPal (whether in full or via installments), the Student explicitly acknowledges that they are purchasing an intangible digital service and/or digital goods.
- The Student agrees that opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback claim after the Provider has granted access to the materials (regardless of whether the Student actually opened the folder) constitutes a direct breach of this contract.
